The newly designed film unit of the RF 106 enables the application of the familiar rotary press cycle to the round-flat principle for the first time. Film savings of up to 30% are thus possible compared to conventional systems.

Reduced setup and idle times
The large film roll diameters (up to 300 mm) and the good accessibility to the entire film plant significantly reduce set-up and non-productive times.

• The stepless pressure adjustment to an accuracy of 1/100 mm can significantly reduce set-up times.

To change the stamping die or to adjust the stamping tools, the honeycomb base is moved to a position outside the machine in just a few minutes. The honeycomb base is locked and unlocked without tools at the touch of a button. In the change position, the die is accessible from three sides.
