The proven Heidelberg letterpress cylinder forms the basis. Completely disassembled and using new parts, it is rebuilt and modified at Steuer to meet the requirements of hot stamping. Featuring a new printing cylinder, the unique height-adjustable lettering base, and state-of-the-art drive and control technology, the Steuer RF 82 and RF 90 offer top-class stamping quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

More embossing quality and work efficiency through unique foil guide
The stamping foils are fed through the RF 82 and RF 90 in a new way: Directly after the printing nip, the foil is pulled steeply upwards. This results in:

- Reduced flame and wrinkle formation in flat motifs

Height-adjustable font base
Pressure adjustment in no time
The RF 82 and RF 90 shift the pressure adjustment to the stamping base. The height-adjustable stamping base offers time savings and quality stability at the same time:

- Elimination of pressure adjustment on the pressure cylinder

With the tool-free quick-change device, the carrier plate can be removed from the machine and reinserted without the need for hand tools:
